Clairvaux, Robertson
Clairvaux Cellar is situated by the town of Worcester in Robertson and was purchased by Wouter de Wet in 2000. It is a family estate in every sense, with Wouter's son-in-law Pieter van Aarde the head winemaker, and it has enjoyed huge investment to provide a state of the art winery and cellar. Clairvau have since become one of the leading producers in the Robertson area and have won several awards. All fruit is produced at Applesdrift, just west of Robertson and is carefully hand picked to achieve the highest possible quality.
